The family has lived on this ground for more than 20 years, with grandparents, parents and children sharing the larger camp. The guest gers came later: they began welcoming travellers a few years ago without stepping away from herding or dairy work.
The family began hosting only a few years ago, after more than 20 years living and herding on the same ground.Horse riding, mare milking and helping hold the foal are offered.
Guests may try milking a cow.
Guests may buy milk at a discounted rate and prepare dairy products during their stay.
Seasonal forest strawberry picking from mid-July. Longer stays for drinking guunii saam may also be arranged.
The camp is 450 km from Ulaanbaatar.
The final approach is unpaved, but a regular car can reach the camp in rain. Can arrange pick up from Erdenet train station.
